- Please remember that all delivery dates quoted are estimates and NOT guaranteed delivery dates so we always advise to order well in advance if you require by a particular date.
- Processing time is also not delivery time, shipping time is on top of this.
- Buyers outside the UK - Customs/duty/import/VAT charges are paid by the buyer outside the UK.
These are not included in the prices quoted to overseas buyers, so please check your country's thresholds on these. EU is now operating the IOSS system.
- Tracking where applicable will be added to all orders on shipping
- If we have messaged you relating to a query we have on your order and you are not replying to us we will either ship your order as you have ordered it or we will cancel it, depending on what we have stated in our message to you.

We are inundated daily with 'need by' notes on orders and occasionally 'demands' for orders to be shipped by and received by certain dates. If you need an item by a certain date, please do contact us before you order and we will advise you accordingly as to whether the timescale is realistic or not, otherwise your note may be ignored. We do not 'fast-track' orders, they will be processed as per advertised and will be sent using the shipping method you selected at checkout. Please consider the urgency of the order when selecting postage as we will not upgrade to a quicker shipping method at our cost.
Please be considerate to other buyers who have purchased ahead of you in the queue. Orders are actioned in date order on a first come, first served basis.
We understand certain times of year such as Christmas are an exciting time and also a stressful time for many. However, we will not tolerate demanding or rude messages on orders otherwise your order will be cancelled. Any behaviour we deem unacceptable to our staff via any form of messaging will result in your order being terminated and Etsy returning your funds. Any abusive behaviour will be reported to Etsy.

Frequently asked questions
Do you offer custom orders?
We don't offer a custom printing service. At certain times of year, we may have capacity to be a little more accommodating with this and would discuss at the time. Full bespoke services including mockups are chargeable extras
I need my order quicker
All listings are provided with our current processing times and also 'estimated' delivery dates. We try when possible to work ahead of the quoted timescales but this is not always possible during peak trading periods. For UK orders, we offer different speed shipping methods for you to choose from. We always advise you to order in plenty of time and please do be courteous by not sending us messages 'demanding' your order by a certain date. This does happen from time to time but please do respect that all customers get treated on an equal first come, first served basis and we will cancel your order if you are being rude.
Can I change my address?
- We have to send to orders to that on the order, if you have provided the wrong address please contact us asap so we can cancel your order and you can reorder accordingly.
- Once processed and shipped unfortunately it is too late for us to change.
- Please check your delivery address, we will not be liable for orders being shipped to out of date addresses.
- If an order is returned due to it being sent to an incorrect address that was on the order, you will be charged postage again to reship this.
Do your international shipping costs include duty and customs charges?
No. Buyers based outside the UK are responsible for all customs/duty/VAT charges that may apply to their order. These will not b refunded. Overseas post are always sent by a tracked mail option where possible (not including stickers)
How long will it take for my international order to arrive?
- All delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed. Unfortunately we have zero control or estimation as to how long your order will take to clear any customs queues on entry to your country.
- We always provide full and correct customs documentation to help speed up the postal processing of your order to reduce disruption
Exchanges and Refunds
- Buyer pays return shipping cost on exchanges or returns - this applies to both UK and international buyers.
- Please obtain proof of posting for your records, you will need to provide evidence of purchase to your shipper if the package is lost. If lost, buyer claims with carrier. We will not refund if lost.
- Exchanges won't be posted until original item is received back to us.All goods are inspected on return. International exchanges will be refunded on return so you can repurchase.
- Returns/exchanges/issues must be reported within 30 days
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Worn garments, marked items will not be accepted
NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM
Further information relating to buyers outside the UK
- No international tax or duty/customs charges will be refunded
- Please ensure you mark your return as 'no commercial value' as if we are charged any duty for your return this will be deducted from your refund. (Please check with your shipper which option to select so we are not charged duty on a return)
- International orders that come back to us as returned to sender (for example, not collected from post office, address incorrect, no answer etc), we will refund the value of the goods on return of the package but not your outbound shipping cost. We don't refund bespoke orders (goods, nor shipping) if they come back. Forced returns are against terms of service. If you still require the item, outbound shipping will be paid by the buyer
My order hasn't arrived
- Please check your sales order record for the tracking reference. Where tracking is available we will always upload when your order is despatched. Check with other members of the household and neighbours and check your property safeplace surroundings.
- Please double check the address on your order
- If your postman or the courier attempted to deliver and left a note and has taken back to the post office or depot, please do attempt to collect or redeliver. Any items returned to us are liable for a reshipping charge if you still require. If your personalised order comes back to us and you no longer require, this cannot be refunded as there are no refunds on custom orders

No, we don't allow any collections across any of our selling platforms.

Who designs and prints your items?
Everything is printed in-house by ourselves. We don't use any third parties for example POD print businesses. Our designs are created by ourselves (apart from approx 5 shirt designs where we have purchased the design with full commercial licence). All card and art print designs are created by us and printed by us.
